EFT Tapping Points

According to the Law of Attraction, we create our own future lives. Many people find the LOA frustrating. Rather than manifesting what they want, they consistently manifest what they don’t want. This is caused by the controlling power of the subconscious.

The Simplified EFT Tapping™ approach neutralizes the negative effects of the subconscious. So, manifesting with the LOA becomes substantially more effective.

Hundreds of my SEFT students and clients have used this approach to manifest their dreams and desires. This process really works.

Before you begin, decide on what you want to manifest. Then, follow the steps described in the instructions or go through the video.

STEP 1: Focus On Your Feelings About Not Getting What You Want

1. BEGIN BY thinking about what you want. What if you never get it? How does that make you feel? Think about the Worst-Case Scenario of never getting what you want. For example, if you never find a soul mate, you will live an entire life of loneliness.
2. While continuing to focus on this feeling, gently tap with your fingertips 4-7 times on each of the following locations: top of the head, inside of the eyebrow, side of the eye, under the eye, under the nose, on the chin, on the collarbone, 4-5″ below the armpit.
3. Repeat (tap another round).
4. Now, evaluate your emotional state. If you notice a shift in how you feel, adjust your focus and start over. For example, if your feeling changed from loneliness to sadness, now focus on sadness and tap a few more rounds.
5. Continue to tap on these points, readjusting your focus through each feeling, until your EMOTIONAL DISTRESS IS GONE.

STEP 2: Focus On What Could Go Wrong If You Get What You Want

1. BEGIN BY thinking again about what you want. What if you get it? What could go wrong? Think about Worst-Case Scenarios. For example, you find the perfect soul mate and he or she develops sickness or dementia or abandons you.
2. While continuing to focus on this feeling, gently tap with your fingertips 4-7 times on each of the following locations: top of the head, inside of the eyebrow, side of the eye, under the eye, under the nose, on the chin, on the collarbone, 4-5″ below the armpit.
3. Repeat (tap another round).
4. Now, evaluate your emotional state. If you notice a shift in how you feel, adjust your focus and start over. For example, if your feeling changed from sadness to frustration, now focus on frustration and tap a few more rounds.
5. Consider all possible Worst-Case Scenarios. Continue to tap, readjusting your focus through each scenario and each feeling until your EMOTIONAL DISTRESS IS GONE.

STEP 3: Daydream About Your Desired Outcome

1. EACH DAY daydream about what you want. Imagine you are remembering the outcome as it unfolds. Include sensory characteristics: See it. Hear it. Feel it. Experience a sense of gratitude.
2. If stressors come up while you daydream tap them away.
3. If you feel impatient while you daydream tap it away. Otherwise, you will manifest a longer “wait” period for your dreams to be manifested.
3. With gentle expectation, know this outcome is inevitable. If you have any doubt, tap it away.
